Frequently Asked Questions

  • The conference takes place across five buildings, all within a 3 ish minute walk of each other in downtown Missoula! Check in, along with the Welcome event and Opening Ceremony will be in the second floor conference center of the Florence Building. Other parts of the conference will take place at The Wren, The Residence Inn by Marriott, the ZACC, and the Confluence Center.

  • Check in is on the second floor of the Florence Building, starting at 3:30 and ending at 5:30.

  • If you’re unable to make it for check-in on Friday from 3:00-5:00, you can check in just before or after either morning panel on Saturday and Sunday. At check in, you’ll receive a tote bag, badge, your session schedule, materials from sponsors, and other goodies, so we’d love to get you checked-in at some point.

  • We’ll be providing two meals for you: dinner on Friday evening and lunch on Saturday. Outside of these two meals you’ll need to find your own food. The conference is located in the heart of our downtown and is surrounded by great restaurants and bars! Click this link for a full list!

  • If you lose your badge, find someone with a dark purple badge! They can help you get a replacement for the weekend. You do not need your badge to access any part of the conference. 

  • Each participant will get to sign up for 8 sessions, with other panels and keynotes available throughout the conference! There are over 30 experts from Montana signed up to other sessions and resources over the weekend.

  • Parking in Missoula only costs money during weekdays, from 9-5 pm! The conference will mostly be outside of ticketing hours, but if you arrive early or are staying late, you can use this resource to navigate parking downtown!

  • We have a specific capacity for each room that we are navigating, so we ask that you try not to switch sessions or change your schedule. If you must, we ask that you wait outside of the room until everyone that has signed up is able to find a seat, that way you don’t take a seat from someone that signed up.
